Your role
Providing legal support for the Bank's Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) business line and Corporate Departments (HR, Risk, Finance, Audit, Compliance, Tax …) in Luxembourg and in Europe
Ensure the analysis, legal research, and writing work, in terms of compliance with the
Bank's standards and security, while developing a practical and solution-oriented approach (Legal and business project, claims, bank contractual framework, follow-up of seizure or succession files ...)
Respond to information requests from competent authorities in matters of prudential supervision, judicial/criminal, administrative, and/or tax affairs.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg, at European and international level that are likely to affect the financial sector.
Assist the business lines in monitoring and implementing legislative and regulatory developments related to their field, to guarantee the legal security of Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG (BPAG) Luxembourg and its branches (France, Spain, Monaco, Italy, and the United Kingdom, except Germany), considering business development needs. This includes carrying out in-depth research and analysis.
Participate in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as any other legal document such as memos, notes, and legal opinions.
Analyze the operational impacts related to legal changes and initiate the necessary changes.
Identify, prevent, and minimize legal risks that may affect the Bank in Luxembourg and its branches.

3 to 5 years' experience within a law firm or a bank in Luxembourg or abroad. Master degree in Law Technical

Knowledge of new provisions of Luxembourg, European and international law that may affect the financial sector. Advanced training in Finance, Economics, and/or Taxation is considered as a valuable asset. Easy use of IT tools and new technologies. Soft
