About the team We are 40 at Roundtable today and counting Roundtable has been founded by an experienced team. Evan, CEO, ex Boston Consulting Group Principal (7 years) Julien, CPO , ex Boston Consulting Group Lead Data Scientist (6 years) Simon, CTO, ex CTO and co founder (10 years) The legal team is currently composed of 5 people. Nicolas heads the legal team. Prior to joining Roundtable in September 2022 (as #3 employee), Nicolas worked at Linklaters LLP as a litigator. Marina joined in 2024, after successfully graduating from the College of Europe and completing the Bluebook traineeship with the European Commission. Domenico, Oxford graduate with prior experience in arbitration and in-house with an investment fund, joined in 2025. Giovanni joined the team early 2026, after having interned at A&O Shearman. Justine also joined in 2026, after experience with the Bluebook traineeship with the European Commission and with the French Embassy in London. As our Compliance and Legal Conducting Officer you will also closely collaborate with our growing Funds Operation Team for all implications on ongoing operations. As a very lean and horizontal structure, you will have daily interactions with the whole team.

About the role
We are recruiting a Compliance and Legal Conducting Officer to help us further build our fund offering at Roundtable. Roundtable operates today as a sub-threshold AIFM registered as a EuVECA Manager, managing several funds. We are now entering a new phase of growth, expanding both our fund structures (RAIF and fully unregulated, tax opaque or tax transparent) and investment strategies, as well as the range of services offered to our clients. You will be a key contributor to the structuring, authorisation, and ongoing compliance of our funds and AIFM, with significant ownership over strategic legal projects. As part of this role, you will: Lead the AIFM authorisation process with the CSSF, in close coordination with external counsel Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance of the AIFM and the managed funds (AIFMD, EuVECA, AML, etc.) Build and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Program Structure new fund products, including RAIFs and fully unregulated vehicles, both tax-opaque and tax-transparent Draft and maintain core legal templates (LPAs, bylaws, prospectuses, offering memoranda, etc.) Negotiate directly with fund service providers (depositaries, administrators, auditors, etc.) Support the onboarding of new clients and investment strategies Design and implement scalable legal processes to support Roundtable’s growth You have a Master’s degree in law obtained from a European university. You have gained significant professional experience in a leading law firm in Luxembourg and have worked in the compliance and/or legal department of an AIFM. In-depth knowledge of alternative investment funds (AIFs) is essential and experience in dealings with the CSSF is a strong plus. An affinity with (or a strong desire to learn about) tax law is a plus You are fluent in English and French. You are solution-oriented and proactive (not only within your legal expertise). You demonstrate extreme rigour and integrity. You have a strong interest in the business and you are able to work effectively within a team (including with non legal colleagues). Why join us?
