* Attend scheduled client appointments across Luxembourg City
* Assist with the collection, handling, and coordination of business documentation
* Support local operational and administrative requirements
* Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
* Represent Printwise LLC and maintain our standards of professionalism and service
* Help support our growing presence in Luxembourg as the business expands What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:
* Organised, responsible, and highly detail-oriented
* Professional, friendly, and client-focused
* Comfortable travelling locally within Luxembourg City for appointments
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* A strong communicator; proficiency in English is an advantage
