About the Role
To further ensure the safety and efficiency of business travel for the company's executives and commercial teams, Weichai Luxembourg is now publicly recruiting for a Corporate Driver position. This role will be responsible for providing daily and business transportation for employees and clients, vehicle management and maintenance, and related administrative support. This position is ideal for professionals with excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and outstanding service awareness who wish to build a long-term career within a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities Business Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transportation services for company employees, clients, and guests, ensuring timely, secure, and comfortable arrival at designated destinations. Route Planning & Coordination: Plan optimal driving routes based on real-time traffic conditions and travel needs; coordinate airport and train station pick-ups and drop-offs to maximize travel efficiency. Vehicle Maintenance & Management: Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in excellent mechanical condition at all times; oversee routine cleaning, maintenance reminders, annual inspections, and related administrative formalities. Administrative Support: Assist with minor administrative errands, document deliveries, or item pick-ups as requested by management. Confidentiality & Safety: Strictly adhere to confidentiality obligations; maintain absolute discretion regarding company business information, executive itineraries, and commercial conversations acquired during the performance of duties; ensure the personal safety and information security of all passengers. Qualifications:
Hold a valid Category B driving license with excellent driving skills and a clean safety record; Familiarity with road traffic conditions in Luxembourg and neighboring regions (France, Germany, Belgium) is preferred. Language

Skills:
Proficiency in both Chinese and English with good communication skills; Communication skills in French or German is preferred. Experience & Professional Qualities: Prior experience as a corporate driver, or in high-end business driving is preferred; Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements with a high level of professional integrity and trustworthiness; Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.
