About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Driver to provide reliable, discreet and safety-conscious driving support to our colleagues, clients, visitors and business partners.
You’ll join a small, professional team where discretion, reliability and attention to detail are essential. The role combines passenger transport, secure handling of confidential documents, day-to-day care of company vehicles, and practical road-safety coaching for colleagues who drive in the course of their work.
This is a part-time position (50% - 20 hours per week) requiring a high degree of flexibility, as driving assignments may occasionally take place early in the morning, in the evening or during weekends depending on business and travel needs.
What You'll Do
- Transport colleagues, clients, visitors and business partners safely and professionally within Luxembourg and across the country.
- Carry out airport transfers, including to and from Luxembourg-Findel and other regional and international airports such as Frankfurt, Brussels and Frankfurt-Hahn.
- Undertake occasional long-distance and cross-border transfers within neighbouring European countries.
- Plan routes, departure times, traffic buffers, parking and waiting arrangements to ensure punctual and reliable transportation.
- Collect and deliver confidential corporate, legal, tax, banking and other business documents and parcels to clients, banks, notaries, law firms, administrations and other professional counterparties.
- Ensure confidential and secure handling of documents and items, including appropriate handover and confirmation of delivery where required.
- Provide practical internal road-safety and driving guidance to colleagues who drive company or private vehicles for professional purposes.
- Support colleagues in maintaining safe driving standards and reducing the risk of accidents and vehicle damage.
- Keep company vehicles clean, presentable and in appropriate condition, both inside and out.
- Carry out routine driver-level checks, including tire pressures, fluid levels, screenwash, lighting and general vehicle condition.
- Coordinate servicing, technical inspections, tire changes and repairs, and verify that agreed maintenance work has been properly completed.
Who We're Looking For
You’re someone who takes pride in driving safely, planning carefully and delivering consistently professional service. You understand that discretion is essential when transporting clients, colleagues and confidential documents, and you remain calm and reliable even when schedules change or unexpected situations arise.
You are comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for the vehicles entrusted to you, and representing the firm professionally in every interaction.
You likely have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a role where driving was the principal activity, such as corporate or private chauffeur, professional passenger transport, taxi, coach, bus or truck driving.
- A driving licence held for at least 10 years.
- A valid Category B driving licence permitting you to drive in Luxembourg.
- A strong record of safe, responsible and professional driving.
Languages:
- Fluency in Russian and English is required.
- French and/or German are strong assets.
Considered a strong asset:
- A Category D1 driving licence.
- Other additional driving licence categories, such as BE, D, C1 or C.
- Certification as a driving instructor obtained in any country.
- Documented professional experience as a driving instructor or driver trainer.
- A valid first-aid certificate.
- Experience driving electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Experience with executive or premium vehicles.
- Previous experience in a professional services, private banking, family office, diplomatic, corporate or executive-transport environment.
You are:
- Highly punctual, reliable and organised.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information and interacting with clients.
- Calm, safety-conscious and able to respond professionally to changing circumstances.
- Service-minded, courteous and well-presented.
- Comfortable with flexible working arrangements and occasional assignments outside standard office hours.
- Attentive to detail and proactive when it comes to vehicle condition, maintenance and journey planning.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
