About the Role
As part of our continuous growth and strong client demand in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Senior Project Manager– Procurement transformation. Highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead governance and delivery oversight for strategic digitalization and transformation initiatives within the Procurement function. The role will connect Purchasing and business teams, IT, AI solution providers, implementation partners and senior leadership across a complex, international environment. You will establish a clear governance rhythm, maintain a single view of program performance, drive timely decisions and follow-up, and ensure disciplined execution from supplier selection and discovery through pilot, rollout and value realization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines execution rigor with excellent business, IT and external collaboration skills. Your mission Program Governance & Delivery Leadership
• Establish and operate the program governance framework, decision rights, escalation paths and meeting cadence.
• Own the integrated program plan across supplier selection, discovery, pilot, rollout and transition to operations.
• Drive delivery discipline across milestones, dependencies, actions, decisions and phase-gate approvals.
• Challenge delays, unclear ownership and incomplete inputs, and escalate material issues with clear recommendations. Business, IT & External Collaboration
• Act as the central coordination point between Purchasing, business process owners, D&IT teams and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums that convert business priorities into executable plans and decisions.
• Build effective relationships across global, multicultural and matrix teams, influencing without direct authority.
• Communicate complex business and technology topics clearly to operational and executive audiences. Vendor & Partner Management
• Coordinate supplier evaluation, demonstrations, clarifications, onboarding and delivery governance.
• Track vendor commitments, contractual deliverables, assumptions, risks and corrective actions.
• Maintain vendor scorecards and ensure timely acceptance or remediation of deliverables.
• Promote transparent, outcome-focused collaboration with AI providers, integrators and consulting partners. Program Controls & Executive Reporting
• Maintain the program charter, integrated plan, RAID register, action tracker, decision log, dependency tracker and change register.
• Prepare concise weekly status reports, executive dashboards and monthly steering committee packs.
• Provide a clear view of progress, critical path, budget, forecast, risks, decisions required and vendor performance.
• Ensure program records are complete, current, auditable and available through a controlled repository. Risk, Financial & Benefits Management
• Proactively manage business, data, integration, security, AI, vendor, adoption and rollout risks.
• Track budget, forecast, commitments and variances with Finance and Procurement.
• Establish benefit baselines and monitor productivity, contract compliance, inventory reuse, working capital and adoption.
• Coordinate mitigation and recovery plans when delivery or value targets are at risk Change, Readiness & Adoption
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and deployment planning.
• Track acceptance testing, readiness criteria, open defects and go-live decisions.
• Coordinate hypercare governance, transition to support and lessons learned.
• Promote business ownership and sustained adoption throughout the lifecycle Core PMO Deliverables
• Project charter, governance framework, stakeholder map, communication plan and escalation model.
• Integrated master plan, milestone plan, resource view, critical path and dependency tracker.
• RAID register, action tracker, decision log, change register and vendor deliverables tracker.
• Weekly program status, monthly steering pack, executive dashboard, budget forecast, risk heat map and benefits dashboard.
• Phase-gate packs, readiness assessments, deployment reviews, hypercare governance and closure reports.

Your profile
• 12+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership or enterprise transformation, with evidence of leading complex cross-functional business and technology programs. in PMO, Project Management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation or Process Improvement.
• Strong experience in executive governance, integrated planning, vendor management, financial tracking, risk management and change delivery.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and multiple external delivery partners in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Industrial operations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP and procurement platforms, or to AI-enabled transformation programs, is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, executive presentation skills, facilitation capability and commercial judgment.
• A proactive, structured and outcome-oriented leadership style, with resilience to operate in ambiguity and manage competing priorities
• Exposure to process automation, digital tools or technology implementation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities. Added Advantage
• Experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Operations.
• Exposure to P2P / S2P / Procurement processes.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Ivalua, Power BI, Power Platform, RPA or similar digital tools.
• Experience in process mapping and business requirements gathering.
