Essential Job Results – Task Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in accordance with Cargolux project management methodology
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements and governance structures
Take full accountability for project execution, progress, quality, risks, issues and stakeholder management
Provide regular and meaningful project updates and recommendations to the Director EPMO, sponsors and senior stakeholders
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring and closure activities to ensure successful project outcomes
Establish and maintain effective collaboration across business and functional areas
Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
Facilitate project steering activities and support fact-based decision-making through analysis and reporting
Ensure adherence to EPMO governance standards, project management methodology and reporting requirements
Support the continuous improvement of EPMO frameworks, practices and governance processes
Challenge project progress proactively and drive barrier removal to maintain delivery momentum
Provide support for other programs or initiative within the scope of EPMO, if required

Essential Requirements For The Position:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience leading organizational projects (e.g., software selection and implementations, TOM changes, process reengineering, etc.) involving cross-functional teams, with a demonstrable track record of success.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, requirements gathering and analysis, problem identification, root cause analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, showcasing adeptness in implementing projects with a robust communication and people change management strategies
Project and change management certifications (such as PMP, Prince2 or Prosci, CCMP) would be considered as an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages such as French and German are considered as an advantage.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position is based in Luxembourg.
Flexibility with working hours.
A Certificate of good conduct (Casierjudiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
