We are now looking for one Business Analyst to join our team. Your first assignment A major digital programme for a Luxembourg insurance player, focused on customer-facing online applications. You will sit at the heart of the project, between business teams and IT.
What You'll Do
✔ Study, analyse and formalise business requests into clear functional requirements. ✔ Challenge how needs are expressed and propose smarter, innovative solutions. ✔ Define the test strategy, design test scenarios, oversee their execution and report results. ✔ Lead coordination meetings and workshops on a range of topics. ✔ Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT throughout delivery. Who You Are Analytical, concise, pragmatic. Autonomous, yet at your best working with others. Ideally, you bring: ✔ 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Test Manager. ✔ Solid command of analysis techniques (BABOK, IREB) and testing standards (ISTQB). ✔ Proven experience on Agile projects. Exposure to Continuous Delivery is a plus. ✔ Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ease with stakeholders at every level. ✔ Fluent French and professional English. Strong advantages ✔ Knowledge of the insurance business. ✔ Salesforce experience and/or projects on online customer applications.
