Senior SAFe Consultant

You will join a team working to upport a major agile transformation involving business and IT teams across Luxembourg and partner sites, through external coaching and SAFe facilitation 🧠

What You'll Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Facilitate PI Planning, sprint demonstrations, train retrospectives and cross-team synchronisation.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and technical leads on SAFe practices.
• Identify and escalate delivery blockers.
• Align team delivery with business objectives.
• Track velocity, burndown, risks and dependencies.
• Support agile governance, decision-making and dependencies between Agile Release Trains. 👤 Who We're Looking For Skills & Qualifications
• At least 3 years as an RTE or programme-level Scrum Master using SAFe 5.0 or later, supported by relevant references.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent, covering SAFe 5/6.
• Proven agile transformation experience in complex, multisite and multi-team environments.
• Strong knowledge of PI Planning, ART Sync and Inspect & Adapt.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to influence without line-management authority.
• Results-oriented and adaptable.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.

Experience:
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management Nice to Have
• Luxembourg life insurance sector.
• ITSM/ITIL methodologies.
