Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services. Since its creation, AlphaOmega has experienced continuous growth and serves multiple clients across Europe. AlphaOmega is now an FE fundinfo company, further strengthening its capabilities and expanding its reach while continuing to provide high-quality services to its clients. In order tosupport our development, we are looking for the ideal candidate for thisexciting opportunity as: ‍ Senior Reporting Officer (F/M) Your mission Within our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as: ‍‍‍‍ Oversee the production of key regulatory and marketing documents relating to alternative funds (BCL, CSSF, AIFMD reports) Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Optimizing processes by monitoring and improving the use of reporting and production tools to increase efficiency and consistency Collaborating closely with IT and data teams to enhance our custom-built solutions, ensuring scalability and automation across reporting processes Contributing to innovation by bringing fresh ideas to improve the clarity, design, and effectiveness of investor communications ‍

Your profile
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industry
- preferably in alternative funds Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision Excellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or SQL skills are an asset Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests and propose durable solutions.
