Java Full Stack Developer (M/F) Job context: As part of an ambitious application modernisation project, we are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer (M/F) to join the development team of our client, a major player in the Luxembourg banking sector. You will work on the design and evolution of strategic banking applications built on a microservices architecture and the latest technologies (Java 21+, Spring Boot 3, Angular / React, Kubernetes), in an agile environment with high standards for security and compliance.

Key responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain full stack web applications: back end in Java 21+ / Spring Boot 3 and front end in Angular or React (TypeScript).
• Design and expose secure REST APIs (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect) and contribute to a microservices and event-driven architecture (Kafka).
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing (JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers), code reviews, SonarQube analysis and Clean Code practices.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, GitLab CI or Jenkins).
• Work in an Agile (Scrum) setting alongside Product Owners, architects and QA teams, and take part in estimations and technical decisions.
• Ensure compliance with the security, performance and regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector (DORA, GDPR, CSSF regulations).

Your profile
• Master's degree in Computer Science (engineering school, MSc or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Java full stack development, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong command of Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate and a modern front-end framework (Angular or React) with TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), Git and Docker / Kubernetes environments; experience with Kafka or Cloud (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Rigorous, team-oriented and autonomous, with a strong focus on software quality.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken, essential in Luxembourg's international environment.
