• Production of annual and semi-annual statutory reports for Luxembourg funds
• Production of specific client reporting (e.g. quarterly reports)
• Strict compliance with legal deadlines
• Preparation of the complete set of financial statements, portfolio.
• Management of the production timetable,
• Handling of auditor and client comments
• Organizing signature and distribution of documents
• Electronic filing of the financial statements with the CSSF via e-file
• Production of annual CSSF statistics for the relevant fund scope
• Handling of CSSF comments/queries
Your profile
• 3+ years in financial reporting for funds, ideally in Luxembourg
• Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP and/or IFRS and of Luxembourg regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with the reporting rules.
• Well organised, able to juggle several reporting cycles and hold firm deadlines
• Fluent English; French is an asset
