Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager Transfer Agency to join our journey : Project Manager – Transfer Agency Responsibilities
• Lead Transfer Agency projects, including Fund, Sub-Fund and Share Class launches and migrations.
• Coordinate with different teams, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other stakeholders.
• Review and work with Fund documentation, such as prospectuses, articles and application forms.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the setup of new Funds on TA platforms and ensure a smooth transition to production.
• Manage Fund Events, including restructurings, name or cycle changes and liquidations.
• Define and implement TA operating models according to client requirements.
• Support and train Operations teams on new Fund models and processes. Requirements
• Solid experience in Transfer Agency and Fund Operations.
• Proven experience managing Fund launches, migrations and other Fund Events.
• Good knowledge of different Fund types, ideally including UCITS, RAIF/SIF and Private Equity/Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of TA processes, including Registration, Dealing, Cash and AML/KYC.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Multifonds, Fund migrations, testing and advanced Excel would be an advantage.
