Join our People Process Outsourcing (PPO) team within Human Capital, where specialists support clients with payroll, immigration and HR administration through a secure digital platform tailored to Luxembourg requirements. You will work closely with payroll experts, HR specialists and international colleagues to deliver compliant and efficient people processes for local and cross-border workforces.
What Your Role Will Look Like
As a Payroll & HR Administration Associate, you will contribute to the accurate delivery of payroll and HR administration services for a portfolio of clients. Your role helps organisations stay compliant with Luxembourg and international requirements while ensuring employees receive a reliable and seamless payroll experience.
Deliver end-to-end payroll calculations, including salary, bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, meal vouchers and other compensation components, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll reporting and declarations with tax and social security authorities.
Manage payroll-related interactions with Luxembourg authorities, including the CCSS, CNS, ACD and ITM.
Support the onboarding and payroll implementation of new clients, helping establish efficient and compliant processes from day one.
Guide clients through their HR administration obligations and provide practical support on day-to-day people processes.
Advise clients on payroll and HR compliance matters, including situations involving cross-border employment arrangements.
Collaborate with colleagues across payroll, tax and HR disciplines to deliver consistent and high-quality client outcomes.
Your growth and opportunities
Develop your expertise in Luxembourg payroll legislation while gaining exposure to cross-border employment, tax and social security topics. Over time, you will take ownership of increasingly complex client situations and contribute to onboarding projects and process improvements. You will also strengthen your digital and advisory capabilities through close collaboration with specialists across the team.
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Tax Law or a related field.
Experience or strong exposure to payroll administration and HR-related processes.
Microsoft Excel: Proficient / Independent use for payroll calculations, data analysis and reporting.
Microsoft Word: Proficient / Independent use for documentation and client communications.
Fluency in English and French
