Luxembourg Paytm Europe Temps plein
About Paytm Europe Merchants deserve better from their payments provider: fairer pricing, faster settlement, easier tools, and support from a partner that understands their business. Paytm Europe Payments S.
A. is being established in Luxembourg, backed by One97 Communications Limited, one of India's largest fintech groups, with the ambition of transforming how SMEs across Europe accept and manage payments. Following launch in Luxembourg, the business will expand into Germany, the Netherlands and other European markets. The Role We're looking for a resourceful and highly organised Associate in the CEO's Office, working directly with the CEO to help turn ideas, decisions and priorities into action. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a growing business. One day you might be analysing sales data in Excel, the next coordinating a recruitment initiative, researching competitors, building a customer survey or following up with colleagues to make sure an important project stays on track. You'll work across commercial, marketing, HR, operations and other business functions, gaining exposure to how a regulated fintech business is built and run. We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and enjoys figuring things out. If you're the sort of person who sees something that needs doing and gets it done, you'll thrive.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Analysis & Reporting
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards and simple financial or commercial analyses.
• Collect, organise and interpret information to support management decisions.
• Track business performance, project milestones and operational KPIs.
• Prepare concise summaries, presentations and reports for the CEO and management team.
• Research competitors, markets, pricing, prospective partners and customers, and other business opportunities. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
• Help coordinate projects and initiatives across different teams.
• Maintain action lists, track deadlines and follow up with colleagues to ensure commitments are delivered.
• Identify outstanding issues, flag delays and help resolve practical obstacles.
• Coordinate information and updates between Luxembourg and colleagues in other Paytm offices.
• Take ownership of smaller projects from beginning to end. Commercial Support
• Support sales initiatives, merchant acquisition campaigns and market research.
• Create surveys, questionnaires and feedback forms, and analyse the results.
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues and external agencies on campaigns, content and deliverables.
• Help organise events, meetings, presentations and other commercial activities. Recruitment & People Support
• Help coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding arrangements for new employees.
• Assist with internal communications and team initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues on practical administrative and organisational tasks. General Business Support
• Assist the CEO with a wide variety of business-related tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Research problems, identify options and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare documents, meeting notes and correspondence.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers and other external stakeholders.
• Step in wherever additional support is needed to keep the business moving forward. Ideal Background
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organisation and basic analysis.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Word and other common business tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident working independently, asking questions and following up with people.
• Curious, resourceful and comfortable learning new tools and processes.
• Eligible to work in Luxembourg.
• A degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, finance, management or a related field.
• Some previous experience in an office, start-up, consulting, financial services or other business environment. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with data visualisation, Power BI, survey tools or basic automation.
• French or another European language.
• Interest in fintech, payments or technology. Personal Attributes We're looking for someone with initiative and common sense. You're the person who keeps things organised, follows through on commitments and doesn't need detailed instructions for every task. You enjoy solving problems, are comfortable juggling different priorities and aren't afraid to chase people — politely but persistently — when something needs to get done. You take pride in doing even small things well, but you're also interested in understanding the bigger picture. You're discreet, dependable and comfortable working with senior colleagues. Measures of Success (First 12 Months)
• Delivering accurate, timely analysis, reports and management information.
• Keeping assigned projects and action trackers organised and up to date.
• Ensuring important follow-ups and deadlines don't fall through the cracks.
• Taking ownership of recurring tasks with progressively less supervision.
• Supporting successful delivery of commercial, marketing, recruitment and operational initiatives.
• Becoming a trusted, reliable member of the CEO's Office who helps the business operate more effectively. Why This Role Matters This is an opportunity to join Paytm Europe at the beginning of its growth journey and work directly with the CEO. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, learn how a regulated fintech company operates and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on its success. There will be plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to learn. As the business grows, the role can develop towards business operations, commercial management, strategy or project management. You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, take initiative and make things happen. In return, you'll gain experience and responsibility that can be difficult to find in a traditional junior role.
