Workiva Implementation Consultant

For one of our clients, a major European institution based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Workiva Implementation Consultant / Solution Architect to support the assessment and transformation of financial and regulatory reporting solutions. The role This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategic reporting transformation within a complex and highly governed environment. You will provide practical Workiva expertise to help assess solution capabilities, define implementation approaches and establish an effective platform governance and operating model. Depending on your experience, you may also contribute to migration planning from insightsoftware CDM or another reporting platform. Your role As a Workiva specialist, you will advise business, reporting and technology stakeholders on the implementation, configuration, integration and governance of the platform. You will translate financial, statutory, regulatory, ESG or governance reporting requirements into practical Workiva solutions. You will also contribute reusable practices, reference architectures and lessons learned from previous Workiva engagements. What you will do
• Assess business, reporting and technology requirements for a Workiva implementation.
• Advise stakeholders on Workiva capabilities across financial, statutory, regulatory, ESG and governance reporting.
• Design Workiva solution architectures, configurations and integration approaches.
• Translate reporting requirements into actionable solution and implementation recommendations.
• Define implementation roadmaps, delivery principles and platform governance frameworks.
• Support the design of the target operating model, including roles, responsibilities, controls and supporting processes.
• Contribute to migration planning from insightsoftware CDM or comparable reporting platforms.
• Identify data requirements, migration dependencies, implementation risks and mitigation measures.
• Develop reference architectures, implementation guidelines, best practices and supporting documentation.
• Share lessons learned from previous Workiva projects and support discussions with business, technology and senior stakeholders. What we are looking for Mandatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with Workiva implementation, configuration, integration or solution design.
• Practical knowledge of at least one reporting area, such as financial, statutory, regulatory, ESG or governance reporting.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
• Experience defining or contributing to platform governance and operating models.
• Understanding of reporting architectures, integrations, data flows and controls.
• Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to produce clear solution, architecture and implementation documentation. Nice to have / Particularly valuable
• Experience migrating from insightsoftware CDM to Workiva.
• Experience migrating from another financial or regulatory reporting platform to Workiva.
• Previous Workiva assignments within complex, regulated or institutional environments.
• Knowledge of controls, auditability and governance requirements for regulated reporting.
• Experience developing Workiva reference architectures, case studies or implementation best practices.
• Relevant Workiva certification or training.
• Experience supporting customer reference discussions or sharing documented lessons learned from previous assignments.
