& Summary Finance Transformation – Consultant / Senior Consultant Meet your future team Join our Finance Advisory & Transformation practice, working with colleagues who support CFOs and their teams through finance and digital transformation. You will collaborate with clients and PwC specialists across financial and non-financial industries to improve performance, implement technology and develop innovative solutions. What your role will look like As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will lead and support finance transformation initiatives that help CFOs and their teams address business challenges and adopt new technologies. Your work will cover areas including Gen-AI, Agentic AI, XP&A, Treasury Management Systems and next-generation technology.
• Contribute to consulting engagements covering solution design, implementation and client interaction.
• Design and test AI-driven use cases using illustrative datasets.
• Contribute to proposals and business development activities, including service presentations, commercial templates, research and internal discussion papers.

Deepen your knowledge of finance transformation and emerging technology through projects involving Gen-AI, Agentic AI, XP&A and Treasury Management Systems, with access to PwC’s Gen-AI Innovation Lab in Luxembourg and internationally. The skills you bring
• Between two and five years of experience in finance transformation, AI/ML and/or digital consulting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, financial reporting, financial modelling and performance management.
• Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook and Copilot/AI features;
• English: C1 Ways of working
• Apply structured analytical thinking to business processes, interpret information and translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, communicate clearly and contribute to shared outcomes.
• Understand client priorities, anticipate needs and contribute to solutions that create value.
• You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation. Additional skills that would support your success
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Exposure to ERP systems, data analysis, automation or other digital tools.
