• Define and validate detailed business and functional requirements for the EPI WERO digital wallet, replacing Payconiq in Luxembourg
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure business needs are translated into scalable and compliant technical solutions
• Ensure regulatory and scheme-level alignment across SEPA Credit Transfer, Instant SEPA, Target2, CBPR+, EBA Clearing, and Cards acquiring or issuing flows
• Analyse and troubleshoot end-to-end payment messages for traceability, enrichment, validation, and routing
• Define and coordinate testing strategies including UAT and E2E integration phases
• Lead execution and validation of SEPA, Instant, International, and Card settlement payment flows, and support instant payment initiatives
• Coordinate deployment activities and manage change with business stakeholders
• Produce and maintain all project documentation including BRD, mapping specifications, functional designs, and test books How do we imagine our future Business Analyst Consultant – Instant Payments & WERO ?
• 6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services with a focus on payments
• Proven experience in SWIFT MX and MT messaging and mapping between formats
• Strong exposure to SEPA, Instant Payments, and Card processing or settlement chains
• Expertise in ISO 20022 message standards and transaction lifecycle
• Knowledge of CBPR+, Target2, and EBA Clearing schemes
• Solid Business Analysis methodology: requirements gathering, process modelling, and gap analysis
• Strong ability to interpret data flows, system interfaces, XML, and JSON messages
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent analytical, structured, and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and business stakeholders
