Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will help ensure a seamless and compliant payroll experience
for associates across Luxembourg while supporting payroll and benefits
activities within the wider BeNeLux region. By combining technical expertise,
attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, you will contribute to
delivering accurate payroll services and a positive employee experience.
Working closely with colleagues, external partners, and internal stakeholders,
you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of payroll
administration, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping the
organization navigate evolving payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
What Will You Do?
* Manage and support the end-to-end payroll process for Luxembourg associates (around 3400), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in collaboration with external payroll providers.
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues on payroll, tax, benefits, and payroll-related administrative matters, serving as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders and employees.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, external vendors, and shared service teams to ensure efficient payroll operations and effective issue resolution.
* Support payroll activities related to international assignments, special tax arrangements, benefits administration, pension plans, and time & attendance management.
* Contribute to audits, compliance activities, payroll projects, and business transformation initiatives while ensuring payroll records are maintained accurately.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and help translate changes into payroll and benefits processes, policies, and practices. What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing or supporting payroll processes in Luxembourg; exposure to Belgian or Dutch payroll is an advantage.
* Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and navigating complex payroll, tax, and benefits topics.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
* Good understanding of payroll accounting, administration, and compliance requirements, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong digital literacy; knowledge of tools such as Power Query, macros, or payroll systems is considered a plus.
