Monitor scope, budgets, forecasts and profitability, ensuring that changes are assessed and agreed before additional work begins.
• Delivery model | Translate approved scopes and contractual commitments into clear delivery plans, governance, workflows and project responsibilities.
• Integrated delivery & collaboration | Coordinate execution across internal teams, partner agencies, client stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring clear ownership, effective collaboration and consistent delivery standards.
• Client partnership | Act as the senior operational point of contact for assigned projects. Lead client meetings and operational governance, ensuring clear decisions, actions, ownership and follow-through.
• Governance & risk | Anticipate and manage delivery, resource, quality and commercial risks, recommending corrective actions and escalating when necessary. What we want from you:
• A university degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
