Lead end-to-end fund migration and conversion projects, from planning through implementation and post-migration stabilisation.
Manage complex fund lifecycle events, including migrations, administrator transitions, launches, mergers and liquidations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle office, fund accounting, technology and operations.
Oversee data readiness, data validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
Manage project governance, including project plans, migration roadmaps, RAID logs, dependency tracking, runbooks and status reporting.
Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external service providers.
Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.
Lead working groups and steering committees and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of migration processes and delivery frameworks.

5-10+ years of experience in project or programme management within financial services, asset servicing, fund administration or investment management.
Proven track record delivering complex fund migrations, conversions or other fund lifecycle projects.
Strong understanding of fund administration and asset servicing operating models.
Experience with data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders and external service providers.
Strong governance and reporting capabilities.
Excellent written and spoken English.
French and/or German would be an advantage.
PMP, Prince2, Agilepm or equivalent project management experience would be advantageous.
