We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Removals Seller Experience within EU FBA Supply Chain. This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll define strategy and build the roadmap for the 250M+ units (7% of outbound) removed from our network annually, partnering with WW FBA, tech and science, fulfillment operations, and seller experience teams to durably reduce removals damages, improve removals speed, and deliver the consolidation and traceability sellers need. You're analytical, curious, and relentless. You ask "why" five times, work across org boundaries with ease, and obsess over the seller and customer experience. You bring high judgment, deep conviction, and the grit to turn complex, cross-functional problems into durable solutions. Key job responsibilities
• Own the removals SX roadmap. Define product and program strategy to overhaul the end-to-end removal experience, from order creation through FC processing, carrier handoff, and delivery. Prioritize across three core seller frictions (damages, speed, and consolidation/traceability), balancing seller trust against cost-to-serve and FC capacity guardrails.
• Bring EU voice to the S-Team working group. Serve as a key member of the cross-team working group with WW FBA and all partner teams to finalize the S-Team Removals overhaul goal and feeder goals. Own and deliver on the EU feeder goals, reporting progress through the working group's mechanisms.
• Eliminate defects, damages, and cancellations. Build mechanisms to identify and resolve recurring defects at the root cause. Own the strategy to reduce inaccurate removals from system gaps. Deliver Seller-facing tools for damage reporting, claims resolution, and proactive communication.
• Fix removals speed and traceability. Drive removal lead time reduction by partnering with FC Operations and enable end-to-end removal tracking so sellers have full visibility from order creation to delivery.
• Scale automated removals. Drive auto-removal adoption by defining the engagement tiers (default, agentic, guided self-service) and the guardrails that give sellers control while enabling automation.
• Be the metric and mechanism owner. Define, instrument, and reporting on Removals SX metrics. Decompose into actionable drivers and size each opportunity. Build the business case, write the narratives (PRFAQ, OP1/OP2 inputs, MBR/QBR updates), and manage the review cadence with senior leadership.
