Job Description
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior SAP Project Manager (m/f) to join one of our client teams in Luxembourg within a public sector environment. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of SAP transformation projects, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and supporting successful implementations. You will help ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and business objectives. THE WORK:
• Coordinate SAP projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation and planning to deployment and closure.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business teams, technical experts, security, architecture, and external providers.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Track project progress, maintain dashboards, and prepare status reports, action plans, and risk registers.
• Identify project issues and dependencies, escalate risks, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing activities, deployment preparation, go/no-go decisions, and post-deployment support.
• Support change management, project documentation, knowledge transfer, and project closure. Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Experience in SAP project management or project coordination.
• Experience with SAP transformation projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and/or English. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish.
