Reliability Maintenance Engineer

To strengthen our team in Bissen, Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Reliability Maintenance Engineer. Your Mission As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in improving equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability across our manufacturing operations in Bissen, Luxembourg. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, analyze equipment failures, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and equipment availability.
• Lead asset criticality assessments and risk evaluations.
• Support equipment modernization and reliability improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; German is considered an asset.
