Your missions

As Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will :

  • Coordinate the monthly payroll process for Luxembourg in collaboration with the external payroll provider.

  • Validate payroll inputs including salaries, bonuses, absences, overtime and contractual changes.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor, tax and social security regulations across the different countries.

  • Review payroll outputs and reconcile discrepancies before final validation.

  • Manage employee lifecycle administration impacting payroll (onboarding, contract changes, departures).

  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, controls and documentation.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas to enhance and implementing relevant solutions; assist in developing key performance indicators to track progress and efficiency.

  • Manage the intranet and keep HR databases up to date.

  • Drive process automation initiatives across the department.

  • Take part in various projects aimed at improving and extending the range of HR services.

  • Keep up to date with Artificial Intelligence and new technologies relevant to the role.

 

Your ideal profile

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, ideally within an international environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg payroll is essential.

  • Exposure to multi-country payroll coordination is highly valued.

  • Experience working with external payroll providers.

  • Good understanding of labor law, social security and payroll compliance.

  • knowledge of the Luxembourg Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the Banking and/or Insurance sector.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
