WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Shipping Assistant, you will report to the Shipping Supervisor.  In this capacity, you will responsible for handling shipping documentation that deals with Europe. You work closely with the workers in the warehouse as well as customer service. The shipping Assistant performs various administrative duties. Your most critical deliverables for this role are :


  • Process customer orders while ensuring service quality and compliance with delivery deadlines. 
  • Select the most appropriate carrier based on destination, lead time, shipment weight, and transportation cost. 
  • Prepare and manage all shipping documentation required for successful deliveries across European territories. 
  • Ensure timely confirmation of orders in the system once loading has been completed. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Provide relevant operational information to the Shipping Supervisor to support performance monitoring and reporting. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any situation posing a serious and immediate risk to employee health or safety. 
  • Support environmental protection initiatives and perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
