Context of the mission:

Within the "Analytical Applications" section, as an "Application Manager" you will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our platform for retrieving and monitoring regulatory reporting.
At the interface between business and IT teams, you will analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, and support their implementation in an agile environment.
Depending on the needs, you will be required to take charge of work directly on the platform. You will thus contribute to the quality of the solutions delivered and to the continuity of service of the platform.

Profile & responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, clarify and formalize business needs, in particular through workshops with users and other stakeholders;
Translate needs into user stories and functional and technical specifications by defining clear acceptance criteria, identifying dependencies and impacts;
Ensure the interface and coordination between the business and IT teams of the projects and applications under your responsibility;
Contribute to the structuring, prioritization and monitoring of the backlog in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
Prepare and carry out technical tests and coordinate functional tests with users;
Analyze incidents, anomalies and requests for changes, identify the causes and propose appropriate corrective actions;
Ensure the operational maintenance of the platform and carry out, when necessary, technical and functional support tasks, operational monitoring and coordination with the support teams in order to guarantee quality and continuity of service.
