Context:
Within the "Analytical Applications" section, as an "Application Manager," you will contribute to the maintenance and development of our regulatory reporting retrieval and monitoring platform.
At the interface between business and IT teams, you will analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, and support their implementation in an agile environment.
Depending on the needs, you may be required to directly manage tasks on the platform. In this way, you will contribute to the quality of the solutions delivered and the platform's service continuity.
Profile & responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, clarify and formalize business needs, particularly through workshops with users and other stakeholders;
Translate requirements into user stories and functional and technical specifications by defining clear acceptance criteria, identifying dependencies and impacts;
To ensure the interface and coordination between the business and IT teams of the projects and applications under your responsibility;
Contribute to the structuring, prioritization and monitoring of the backlog in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
Prepare and conduct technical tests and coordinate functional tests with users;
Analyze incidents, anomalies and change requests, identify the causes and propose appropriate corrective actions;
Ensure the operational maintenance of the platform and, when necessary, perform technical and functional support tasks, operational monitoring and coordination with support teams in order to guarantee quality and continuity of service.
