These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
Your role
- Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Europe teams in Assets Servicing, Private Banking & General Legal Matter .
- Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Europe teams and contribute to the efficient management of day-to-day activities.
- Assist lawyers in the preparation, review and follow-up of legal documentation, correspondence and internal records.
- Support the handling of sensitive legal and forensic matters, including requests from authorities and other confidential cases.
- Collect, organise and maintain documentation required for legal matters and investigations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel and public authorities when required.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and assist in monitoring legal developments.
- Contribute to the proper management of legal risks and compliance with internal procedures.
Your profile
Requested experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a bank, financial services or another regulated environment.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of corporate law, contract law and legal research methodologies.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to banking or financial services.
- Ability to manage sensitive and urgent legal requests within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document-management systems and in Microsoft Office with the ability to develop, optimise and automate templates, trackers and reporting tool.
- Strong drafting and written communication skills.
