Flight Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor operational flight plans for all CV and ICV scheduled, ad-hoc, training, and test flights.
• Analyze weather conditions, aircraft performance, airspace restrictions, operational limitations, and regulatory requirements to support safe and efficient flight operations.
• Assist in optimizing flight routes, fuel plans, payload allocations, and operational efficiency.
• Provide operational briefings and support to flight crews before and during flight.
• Prepare and file ICAO flight plans and coordinate operational updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support disruption management activities by evaluating alternatives and assisting with operational recovery solutions.
• Liaise with internal departments, airports, service providers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and flight dispatch processes.

Essential Requirements for The Position

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• A completed secondary school diploma (or equivalent qualification) is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience of minimum 3 years in Flight Dispatch or related activities.
