Marketing Services & Events Officer – CDI

At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new member to join our Marketing Services team as Marketing Services and Events Officer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality marketing communications and organising client-facing events that strengthen our brand and drive commercial success. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Services Manager, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of 16 marketing professionals dedicated to excellence. Your office location will be Luxembourg.

We’re looking for a professional who thrives on crafting thoughtful marketing communications and orchestrating high-quality business events, with a sharp eye for detail, and able to manage projects independently. Main responsibilities of the role include:

Publish content on our intranet, company website, and on LinkedIn;
Support marketing advisors in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns;
Promote content via mailing to clients, prospects and other relevant contacts;
Collect data and track campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communication channels;
Plan and coordinate inspiring live, hybrid, and online business events, while supporting cross-border event projects.
Manage event invitation campaigns, marketing lists, and administration using our CRM and email marketing platforms.
Oversee event budgets and coordinate vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure flawless execution.

What makes you a great fit:

2–4 years of previous experience in marketing services and event management.
Proactive and service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
Experience in professional services environment is a plus.
Completed relevant education.
