Help us shape the future We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead our marketing efforts across multiple product lines and regions. This role requires a deep understanding of complex organizational structures, expertise in the e-commerce/tech/streaming space, and a proven track record of blending strategic vision with tactical execution. **Responsibilities**: - ** Strategic Leadership**: o Develop and oversee the global marketing strategy, aligning with company objectives and regional nuances. o Shape and enhance the market positioning of products while building a cohesive and impactful brand presence. - ** Comprehensive Marketing Management**: Oversee key marketing functions for all products, including; o Market Positioning & Brand Building: Establish competitive positioning strategies and drive brand recognition globally. o Content Marketing: Create and execute content strategies to engage target audiences and support overall business objectives. o SEO: Lead a results-driven SEO strategy to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic. o Media Buying: Manage media buying efforts to optimize investment and ensure high ROI. o Social Media: Develop and implement social media campaigns that amplify brand presence and customer engagement. o Public Relations (PR): Drive PR activities to build a strong public image and manage relationships with media outlets. - ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: o Partner with product, sales, data analytics, and regional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals. o Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and tailored execution. - ** Team Leadership & Development**: o Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. o Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. o Data-driven Optimization: o Leverage analytics to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed adjustments. o Establish KPIs and reporting systems to measure success and continuously improve marketing performance. - ** Industry Trends & Innovation**: o Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure Byborg Global Name remains a leader in the industry. o Experiment with innovative marketing approaches to drive growth and engagement. **Requirements**: - 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CMO or Head-level position preferred). - Proven expertise in global marketing within complex organizations, especially in E-commerce, Tech, Online gaming, Web3 or Streaming industries. - A "growth hacker" mindset with a focus on results and innovation. - Experience in market positioning, brand building, and content marketing. - Proven ability to manage marketing operations across multiple products and regions. - A professional track record with recognizable, market-leading products. - Leadership experience recruiting, building, and managing diverse global teams. - Exceptional strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to execution. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
