Human Innovation Partners is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Consultant to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with several departments at the Group level driving the digital transformation in the retail operations. **Responsibilities**: - You will collaborate with our retail operations, international IT teams, and external service providers. - You will be accountable for change and release management, error analysis, and the implementation of optimization and corrective measures. - You will be responsible for generating "Software Requirements Specifications," programming specifications, documentation, and training materials. - You will provide advice and support to our retail operations and develop solution options for the digitalization and optimization of processes. You will then implement these solutions with the development teams. - You will prepare and independently conduct test activities in our retail operations. - You will have responsibility for topics and work packages within projects. **Requirements**: - You possess extensive and relevant experience in the automotive industry. - You seek a fresh challenge, eager to advance your career beyond the years spent in the automotive sector. - You demonstrate a strong familiarity with the procedures and processes of retail businesses. - You exhibit enthusiasm in providing advice and support to internal customers. - You demonstrate excellent analytical skills combined with quick comprehension. - You have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
