Responsibilities:
- Ensure corporate governance frameworks.
- Prepare board and shareholder meeting materials and maintain accurate corporate records.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of alternative investment funds.
- Coordinate with fund service providers and monitor fund activities.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement compliance procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and conduct compliance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact.
- Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with internal teams.
- Assist in financial operations and support the preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- ** Minimum **3 years** of relevant experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with investment fund administration platforms and tools is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**. Knowledge of additional languages (**French, German**) is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
