As an ICT Risk Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting risk assessments: You will perform comprehensive risk assessments on information systems, networks, and technology processes. This includes identifying potential vulnerabilities, evaluating controls, and recommending risk mitigation measures.
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk management strategies. - Monitoring and reporting: You will establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms to track and analyze key risk indicators. - Incident response and disaster recovery: You will contribute to the development and testing of incident response and disaster recovery plans. **Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Education: bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, information security, or a related role within the financial industry. Familiarity with international security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ICT risk management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in assessing network security, vulnerability management, data protection, and incident response. Familiarity with cloud computing, mobile security, and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze complex technical environments, identify potential risks, and provide actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making processes.
