**Corporate Officer : The Function**
- You will be responsible for managing the whole legal and administrative aspects of a wide range of clients from the creation to the liquidation of the company **(Soparfi/Holding/SPVs)**:
- As a Corporate Officer you will work closely with the Management team to keep them informed of regulatory developments
- You ensure that your clients comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Be the key figure for customers on all matters relating to corporate fields and suggest them ways to improve their processes
- You will prepare **board packs**, and organize the **Board Meetings**, draft the **minutes**
**Corporate Officer : Your Profile**
- You hold a **law degree** and at least **2 years** **of experience** in managing similar portfolios (Soparfi, holdings, PSF structures) in **Luxembourg**:
- You are fluent in **French and English**, and knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
- You are **self-motivated** and able to work as part of a **small team**
