**What you’ll do**:
Carrier & B2B Clearing (FCH) is a global center of excellence for Carrier and B2B clearing solutions covering high-value non-standard products and services in the telecommunication space. It delivers E2E financial clearing solutions and services for business models incl. revenue billing (third party and intercompany) & collections, invoice verification, netting & payment, accounting & reporting at the highest automation level. These products and solutions for business models are mainly specific for Roaming, Interconnect, Messaging and Fixed Line, and related B2B commercial models.

The role owner will have the end-to-end accountability for the product(s) assigned. You will:

- Scope and agree on the product roadmap with the business stakeholders in line with the overall FCH roadmap activities and strategy.
- Evaluate solution options with the customer and align solutions and processes for new products/services with relevant functions within the team and FCH IT/ Clearing Solutions
- Manage the IOT deal settlement process for VRS and Local markets VF internally as well as third parties. This requires strong relationships and trusted collaboration with stakeholders in VRS and operational support teams in VOIS.
- Set KPIs/ SLAs for relevant products in alignment with the operational delivery teams and the customer and ensure appropriate resourcing for BAU operations and the ability to measure product health.
- Ensure any roadmap and/or BAU budget requirements OPEX / CAPEX.
- Engage with emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain) as part of GSMA or VRS-driven initiatives from a process point of view.
- Act as a senior representative for the CBC organization in governance meetings (steerco, leadership meetings) and manage risks, issues, and escalations.

As a team, this organization as well as the retained team across multiple markets is accountable for the process output quality and is leveraged by approx.75+ VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) colleagues.

**Who you are**:

- ** Telecommunication Knowledge**: Experience in the Telecommunications industry, ideally in Carrier specific processes and solutions. Finance Operations experience is desirable.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Ability to take ownership and accountability in front of a diverse range of stakeholders, building trust and driving effective cooperation across an international organization. Capacity to partner and establish strong relationships across multiple cultures, functions, and locations, internally and externally.
- ** Reasoning Skills**: Proven track record of using data to drive structured evaluation and decision-making.
- ** Communication Skills**: Able to influence and manage a diverse range of senior stakeholders.
- ** Drive for Change**: Extensive experience of delivering improvements in an environment of uncertainty, competing priorities, and obstacles.
- ** Education**: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent education.
