ArcelorMittal Luxembourg is looking for its next intern

As part of GlobalAssurance, you’ll join a communityof thinkers, makersand shapers all working together.

The intern's area of interaction includes working in the Communication department of ArcelorMittal Global Assurance, and transversal coordination with other communication team members in Corporate and Europe
- Support with drafting of procedures, guidelines for Group Security function
- Under mínimal direction, support with development of communication articles, drafting content, designing creatives, and coordinating design with communication team.
- Preparation of online training content for publishing new modules, maintenance and analysis of online training statistics and effectiveness for processing of periodic reporting.
- Maintenance of Group Security Microsoft SharePoint platform, perfecting and updating content.
- Aid in preparation and maintenance of online dashboards, researching trends, launching, and consolidating surveys.
- Attend meetings and taking minutes.
- Aid with creation of PowerPoint presentations and drafting reports.

The intern will join ArcelorMittal, the world leader in steel and mining, and will be part of the Global Assurance department.

Education: bachelor or master’s in communication or marketing (Business School, Communication School, or University).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proven project management skills and experience are a plus.
- Very good knowledge of the production process (including translation process) for communication tools such as brochure, website. Basic knowledge in graphic design tool such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
- International exposure, cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Good interpersonal, (verbal & written) communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks and responsibilities, while multi-tasking and taking the initiative to look for areas of improvement
- Previous experience in a multinational, large company is a plus (internship, apprenticeship)
