**Innovation Trainee (M/F)**
**For a period of 6 months**
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Business & Digital Transformation team. As a Trainee, you will assist in testing AI systems to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Explore the possibilities of emerging technologies.
- Develop test strategies and plans for Generative AI implementations.
- Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve AI models.
- Document testing processes and results.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in information technology.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA is a distinct advantage.
- Ideally knowledge in life insurance but at least having interest in finance.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
