We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Innovation team.

Your missions :

  • Managing the assigned projects:

  • Determining the scope, actions and resources needed.

  • Coordinating the interactions of the participants.
  • Monitoring the tasks.
  • Documenting the progress of the projects.
  • Providing periodic updates.
  • Taking decisions within the agreed boundaries.
  • Ensuring the deliverables of the projects are incorporated into the targeted processes.
  • Raising alerts and escalations when needed.
  • Performing analysis and testing when needed.
  • Participating in the regular updates to the macro-planning of projects.
  • Any other project related activities that may arise.
Your profile :
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in unit-linked life insurance.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to positively communicate with people from different roles and cultures.
  • University degree in finance or at least economics.
  • Knowledge and interest in IT and technology.
  • A project management certification is a plus.
