Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Business & Digital Transformation team. As a Trainee, you will assist in automating business processes, support internal teams with practical tech solutions, and explore Generative AI use cases within enterprise constraints.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to bridge technology and business by designing efficient tools, assessing AI possibilities, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore the possibilities of emerging technologies.
  • Develop test strategies and plans for Generative AI implementations.
  • Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
  • Document processes and solutions for transparency, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in information technology, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA is a distinct advantage.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Interest in Finance; prior knowledge of life insurance is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English. French is a strong advantage.
