**CapitalatWork (faisant partie du Groupe Foyer) **est un gestionnaire d'actifs dynamique et indépendant pour des clients privés et professionnels. Depuis 30 ans déjà, nous construisons la valeur ajoutée des portefeuilles d'investissement de nos clients en appliquant notre philosophie d'investissement disciplinée et nos connaissances en planification successorale. Nous gérons des actifs d'environ 9 milliards d'euros et employons environ 140 collaborateurs répartis dans sept bureaux : Anvers, Breda, Bruxelles, Gand, Courtrai, Louvain-la-Neuve et Luxembourg.

Au sein de notre département Project Management, nous recherchons un(e) project Manager.** Des déplacements ponctuels en Belgique sont à prévoir.
**Vos missions**:

- Prendre en charge la gestion de projets en fonction de leur priorité,
- S’assurer du respect des processus et de la méthodologie projet en place au sein de la société,
- Comprendre les besoins du métier
- Définir avec le métier la vision du projet et en être le gardien jusqu’à la fin du projet
- Aligner les parties prenantes, les UI/UX et équipe de développement du projet
- Prioriser les développements ou éléments à implémenter
- Organiser et faciliter les ateliers de compréhension, de découpage, d’affinage des besoins, d’alignement des parties,
- Mettre en place les KPI, s’assurer de la plus-value apportée,
- Organiser un point de suivi régulier avec le Head of Project Management
- Participer à l’organisation et à la promotion du département Projet avec le Head of PM

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes diplomé(e) d'une licence ou d'un master dans les domaines financier, légaux ou fiscaux - Certification en gestion de projet ou framework agile (Prince2,, Product Owner)
- Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projets. La connaissance de la réglementation bancaire et financière sera un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez des outils de gestion de portefeuilles, des plateformes de gestion et communications (Jira, Confluence,), de modélisation de flux. Connaissances de la culture Agile et framework Scrum & Kanban.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais, le néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous avez une grande capacité de communication orale et écrite.
- Vous êtes pragmatique., avez un esprit logique et structuré. L’atteinte des objectifs en équipe est votre priorité.
- Vous avez une facilité d’adaptation face au changement.
- Vous êtes un(e) Storyteller né(e)
- Vous savez vous adapter aux besoins d’une petite structure.
