Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recherche un **Senior Transfer Agent** avec au **moins 3 ans d'expérience** dans le **Private Equity et Real Estate**. **Senior Transfer Agent - Vos responsabilités**:

- ** Superviser et coordonner les transactions financières**, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur exécution dans les délais impartis.
- ** Garantir la conformité des transferts d'actifs** avec la réglementation luxembourgeoise et adapter les procédures internes aux évolutions légales.
- ** Gérer et organiser les distributions aux investisseurs**, en assurant le respect des engagements contractuels et des obligations réglementaires.
- ** Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille et les investisseurs** pour optimiser la gestion des appels de fonds.

**Senior Transfer Agent - Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +3 à Bac +5 en finance, comptabilité, audit ou un domaine similaire.
- Au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans une fonction équivalente, avec une expertise approfondie en gestion de fonds Private Equity (PE) et Real Estate (RE).
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations luxembourgeoises applicables aux fonds d'investissements alternatifs, assurant la conformité des opérations.
- Expérience avérée dans le suivi des transactions, la gestion des appels de fonds et la distribution des actifs pour les fonds alternatifs basés au Luxembourg.
- Maîtrise du français (langue principale en interne) et niveau professionnel en anglais.
