En tant que **Customer Service**, vous serez le premier point de contact avec nos clients, jouant un rôle crucial dans la gestion et la satisfaction de leurs demandes. Votre expertise et votre engagement garantiront une expérience client exceptionnelle et contribueront à la réputation de notre entreprise.
**Vos missions principales**:
**Gestion des interactions clients**:
- Réceptionner et gérer les appels entrants avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
- Identifier les besoins des clients, leur fournir des réponses adaptées et diriger les demandes complexes vers les équipes spécialisées.
- Recueillir les retours des clients pour alimenter nos processus d’amélioration continue.
- Proposer des solutions pour optimiser nos services et nos processus internes.
**Gestion administrative**:
- Enregistrer les demandes clients et suivre leur traitement.
- Préparer et mettre à jour les rapports journaliers des prestations.
- Rédiger et gérer les devis de réparation.
- Planifier et mettre à jour le calendrier du service après-vente.
**Collaboration en équipe**:
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements internes (livraison, réception, stock, facturation, monitoring, etc.).
- Apporter un soutien actif aux membres de l’équipe pour garantir un service fluide et efficace.
**Une expérience similaire dans un rôle orienté service client constitue un atout.**:
**Qualités personnelles**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client.
- Capacité à gérer le stress et à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
- Bonne connaissance géographique du Luxembourg.
- Sens élevé de la confidentialité et de la discrétion.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques (Office 365, Outlook, Business Central).
**Langues**:
- Maîtrise impérative du luxembourgeois, français et allemand, ainsi qu’un bon niveau en anglais.
**Ce que nous offrons**:
- Salaire : 3088 euros
- Un contrat intérim de 6 mois avec possibilité d’évolution vers un CDI.
- Des horaires fixes : du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 17h.
