**We are seeking for an Client Services Agent**

The client Sevices Agent provides a high professional welcome to all clients and visitors, is the first ambassador of the KPMG values and feelings when receiving our clients in our premises

This person is also responsible for meeting room management in our two buildings.

**What you will be working on**:
Client services related activities:

- Greet and welcome guests, visitors and staff in our 2 buildings (Pulse Center & 39 JF Kennedy)
- Ensure a service of excellence at the Client Services desk
- Deliver a first-class service to the client.
- Determining clients' needs and directing them accordingly
- Be a contributor of our Client Experience by promoting our working places (our headquater JFK or our new branded building Pulse Center)

Catering and events organization:

- Liaise and collaborate with our on-site caterer to organize internal or external events
- Manage VIP and Conference room bookings
- Facilitate, organize and liaise with our Hospitality team regarding changes, last minute requests on meeting room reservations

Support for several administrative tasks
- Backup for the Reception switchboard
- Taxi bookings
- Order supplies
- Liaise and provide support to our Facilities department on day to day matters and queries

**What we look for**:

- You have an A-level equivalent in administration
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You are client oriented and have a « close to perfection » mindset service
- You have an excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
- You are pragmatic and have a full discretion approach to solve problems
- You are eager to learn and have a positive attitude
- You have great administrative skills
- You have catering experience
- You are fluent in English and French (German and any other languages are a plus)
