- Um unser Team der Zentralen Terminierung am Standort Kockelscheuer zu verstärken, suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen:
**Agent Customer Service**
**(m/w)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Terminvergabe und Vorbereitung für die Werkstatt, vorranging per Telefon, E-Mail und Online
- Terminkoordination und Steuerung der Werkstattauslastung
- Hilfestellung und Beratung unserer Kunden
- Transparente Kommunikation zwischen dem Kunden und dem Autohaus/der Werkstatt
- Eingabe der Kunden
- & Fahrzeugdaten in das EDV-System
- Versenden von Terminerinnerungen per E-Mail und SMS

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Technisches Verständnis ist von Vorteil - kann jedoch erlernt werden
- Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen
- Kommunikationstalent und Teamplayer
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Klarer Kundenfokus und überdurchschnittliche Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Professioneller Umgang am Telefon, mit E-Mail und div. anderen Medien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der französischen und deutschen Sprache, sowie gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil

Afin de renforcer notre équipe de Service Centrale prise de rendez-vous à Kockelscheuer, nous
- ** **recherchons pour entrée immédiate ou à convenir un/ une:
**Agent Customer Service (M/F)**

**Vos tâches**
- Fixation de rendez-vous pour nos ateliers, surtout par téléphone, mail et en ligne
- Préparation du rendez-vous
- Assistance et conseil de notre clientèle
- Assurer une communication transparente entre le client et nos garages/ateliers
- Saisie des données clients et véhicules dans les systèmes informatiques
- Assurer une bonne coordination de rendez-vous et une exploitation optimale des ateliers
- Envoi des rappels de rendez-vous par SMS et mail

**Votre profil**
- Formation DAP/CATP dans le domaine de l’administration ou dans le domaine de l’automobile
- Des compréhensions techniques sont considérées comme un avantage, mais peuvent tout aussi bien être appris
- Forte passion pour l’industrie automobile et le grand sujet de la mobilité d’aujourd’hui et de demain
- Fort esprit d’équipe et sens de communication
- Travailler de manière autonome, organisée et orientée aux besoins du client
- Vous êtes à l’écoute du client et disposez d’un sens client aigue
- Savoir communiquer via téléphone, par mail et d’autres outils de communication
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l’allemand, vous avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- La maîtrise du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout
