**We are seeking a Privacy Risk Expert.**
The Role Of The Privacy Risk expert is to drive and manage the Privacy Risk and compliance program. Work with cross-functional teams and interface with third-parties to support compliance and risk management activities.
**What you will be working on**
Compliance and Risk Management Leadership:
- Develop privacy risk management framework, following Group guidelines but also local regulation and best practices. Ensure alignment with ISO standard.
- Provide efficient contract reviews together with Legal team
- Contribute to the Firm’s RFP submission processes in the Security & Privacy related sections of those processes
- Stay abreast of regulatory and norm changes affecting KPMG Business and information Protection (in particular ISO27000 series and GDPR)
- Coordinate the treatment of non-conformity with, and exceptions to, the Information Security Policy, norms and laws (ISO27001, GDPR)
- Address technical policy, compliance and regulatory issues
- Coordinate and perform the assessment and analysis of information security risks and monitors compliance with security standards and appropriate policies
Governance and Project Leadership
- Develop a risk decision framework to help understand critical areas
- Work with Information Security Officer, NITSO and QRMP to build cohesive security, privacy and compliance programs
- Coordinate the implementation of client data privacy requirements with the engagement teams and monitor compliance where necessary;
- Coordinate responses to client queries and questionnaires on data privacy topics.
- Implement appropriate data privacy awareness campaign.
- Follow up with relevant teams implementation of improvement action items resulting from data privacy audit.
You will partner closely and equally with the Information Security and Legal teams in all areas of your work.
**What we look for**
- Degree in Information Technology, Legal or equivalent
- Two years of experience in the field of data privacy
- Knowledge in information security
- Knowledge in data privacy/protection law
- Knowledge in risk management processes
- Ability to understand business/functional processes and related data flow diagram
- Writing skills (accuracy, conciseness, completeness)
- Ability to understand technical aspects of IT infrastructure and data protection
- Fluency in English - any other language is an asset
