Join our growing group of young and youthful innovators to uncover a world of opportunity together. **We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Adviser for the Investment Fund/Asset Management Industry** As the regulatory landscape in Investment Fund and Asset Management Industry continues to evolve, our firm's Advisory department plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of governance and regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team at the Senior Adviser level. **What you will be working on**: - Keep abreast of and report on emerging regulatory requirements in the Asset Management and Alternative Investments space.- Support clients in conducting Compliance Risk Mapping or Assessment exercises, ensuring a thorough understanding of potential risks.- Review and analyze compliance documentation and procedures of Asset Management/Alternative Investment clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.- Evaluate the Compliance Risk framework, including a detailed analysis of policies, procedures, controls, and systems to ensure compliance with both local and global regulatory requirements.- Organize and deliver training sessions on regulatory topics to enhance the knowledge and awareness of both internal teams and clients.- Develop a robust technical understanding of Asset Management/Alternative Investment regulations, operations, and their interdisciplinary connections with other industries. **What we look for**: - Master's degree in Law, Economy, Business Administration, or a related field.- In-depth knowledge of the ManCo/AIFM "eco-system."- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance, with a strong track record of navigating complex regulatory environments.- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Proven expertise in leadership and people management, with a strong ability to mentor and motivate team members.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.- Executive presence with clients.- A team player with a positive attitude, autonomy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is an asset. **What will you get** KPMG is where you will find the right opportunities to advance your career and the widest available range of possibilities so you can grow professionally.
