**We are seeking a Senior Adviser for our Consulting practice in Asset Management (Alternative Investments)**

We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our established and growing Management & Regulatory Consulting practice as an Senior Adviser. In this role, you will work on large-scale transformation projects within the Asset Management industry, with a specialized focus on Alternative Investments and Tech enabled projects. Our clients include leading banks, asset service providers, and asset managers across Luxembourg and Europe.

**What you will be working on**:
**1. Client Advisory and Project Oversight**
- Lead Transformation Projects
- Spearhead large-scale projects in Asset Management, emphasizing Alternative Investments and technology-driven solutions.
- Cultivate Client Relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our consulting services with client objectives and ensuring timely delivery on project milestones.

**2. Team Leadership and Knowledge Sharing**
- Collaborate Across Disciplines
- Partner with KPMG experts across various sectors to develop multi-faceted solutions that meet comprehensive client needs.
- Mentor Future Leaders
- Guide and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth by sharing industry insights and best practices.

**3. Market and Business Development**
- Stay Ahead on Industry Trends
- Conduct ongoing research into evolving trends in Alternative Investments and regulatory frameworks to keep our clients informed and competitive.
- Drive New Business Opportunities
- Engage in proposal preparation and networking efforts to expand our client base and enhance our consulting reach.

**What we look for**:
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, with a focus on asset management and alternative investments.-
- Proven expertise in asset management, with a deep understanding of alternative investment operations, business processes, IT systems, and regulatory requirements.-
- A track record of delivering business transformation projects, ideally within a consulting firm or a major financial institution.-
- Be ambitious, have strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.-
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or German is advantageous.-
- A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.**What will you get**
