**What you will be doing**
As a member of the Compliance Training & Quality Assurance team, among other things, you will:

- Deliver regulatory training through a variety of methods, including online and face to face
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance Training and with the Compliance Officers to create and develop our training offering in line with regulatory responsibilities and strategic objectives
- Assist with the administration of training courses and maintenance of attendance records
- Development and maintenance of internal Learning Management System
- Use new training materials and presentation methods to enhance our training courses
- Stay up to date with relevant industry standards and/or legislation
- Work with other departments to create course presentations, online content, and assist with the promotion of training program
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Compliance Training to monitoring training outcomes; to ensure that objectives, standards and good practices are achieved

- at least 2 years previous experience in delivering regulatory compliance training programs, ideally in a startup or in the financial sector
- good knowledge of relevant legal frameworks in respect of AML/KYC and regulatory compliance (e.g. Bribery, Corruption, Conflict of Interest)
- an infectious personality with a passion for learning and development
- demonstrate strong organization and communication skills, as well as ability to work in an autonomous way and with proactive approach
- fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian, French and/or German is a strong plus

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg. If you’re not already based there, we can support you with a relocation package.
Business Trips to Milan (Headquarter) may occur.
